We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect who is certified in Salesforce architecture and has a proven track record of connecting with customers, gathering requirements, and designing solutions for multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce technology, and a passion for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools to enable continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. They should also have a passion for problem-solving and be a people person with the ability to empathize with customers and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical design and architecture for Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Cloud
Develop and present solution proposals and recommendations to clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Lead technical design sessions with development teams and oversee technical delivery of solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, DevOps practices and tools, and best practices
Participate in the Salesforce community and contribute to knowledge sharing and thought leadership
Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and implement continuous integration and delivery processes for Salesforce solutions
Automate deployment processes using tools such as Jenkins, Git, flosum, copado and Docker
Ensure that Salesforce solutions are deployed in a secure and scalable manner
Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development
Strong understanding of Salesforce products and multi-cloud architecture
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and other Salesforce Architect certifications
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for problem-solving and finding innovative solutions
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and team members
Ability to empathise with customers and understand their pain points
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins /Git /Docker.
Understanding of cloud infrastructure and containerisation technologies

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to deployments
